Egypt faces extreme traffic congestion in its cities, which results long travel times, large lines of parked cars, and increased safety hazards. Our study suggests a multi-modal approach that combines critical infrastructure improvements with cutting-edge technologies to address the ubiquitous problem congestion. Assuring vehicles owners their timely arrival, cutting down on fuel usage, improving communication using deep learning optimization algorithm within potential IoT enabled 5G framework are main goals. The management system incorporates detection cameras, Raspberry Pi 3 microcontroller, an Android application, cloud connectivity, traditional lights powered PV modules batteries secure controllers operation case grid outage assure service continuity. model examines difficulties associated Internet Things (IoT) communication, highlighting possible interference from device-to-device (D2D) devices cellular user equipment.
